May 04, 2011 (newstodate): The privately-owned Romanian carrier Medallion Air is now adding scheduled flights to its operations.
So for offering ad-hoc charter and ACMI operations only, the carrier has now announced the opening of scheduled flights from its base at Constanta to two Romanian and five European destinations.
Two weekly rotations between Constant and Cluj, Bucharest are thus to be launched from June 15 and 16, respectively, while flights from Constanta to Istanbul and Madrid will follow from June 17, 2011, to Rome form June 18, to London from June 19, and to Barcelona from June 21, 2011.
In the fleet of Medallion Air are three MD-83 aircraft.
