Apr 07, 2011 (newstodate): Ukrainean carrier Aerosvit has now taken delivery of its 7th Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
The new aircraft, formerly operated by Royal Brunei Airlines like the three preceding deliveries, will soon be followed by another two Boeing 767-300 aircraft, facilitating the strong development of the carrier's intercontinental network that currently includes nonstop flights from Kiev to New York, Toronto, Delhi, Beijing and Bangkok.
From this autumn, Aerosvit plans to launch new intercontinental nonstop flights from Kiev to Colombo, Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City.
Aerosvit received its first two ex-SAS Boeing 767-300ER aircraft in 2003.
