Apr 05, 2011 (newstodate): Beginning March 23, 2011, Czech Connect Airlines has launched flights on its third route between the Czech republic and Russia.
The new route connects Karlovy Vary and Russia's Yekaterinburg, in the Sverdlovsk Region, offering a weekly rotation with the carrier's single Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
The privately-owned carrier Czech Connect Airlines, based at Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport, already started flights from Brno to Moscow Domodedovo Airport on March 4, 2011, and to St Petersburg from March 21, 2011.
Czech Connect Airlines was renamed Central Charter Airlines from the start of this year.
