Mar 01, 2011 (newstodate): The Turkish company Celebi Ground Handling is to be the first tenant at the cargo base of Budapest Airport, taking almost 13,000 sq m in the air cargo center soon to be erected.
With this contract, half of the Cargo City of Budapest Airport has been taken already while the first phase of the project is due to open by the end of 2012.
Celebi will provide ground services to airlines planning to use the cargo base, for which Celebi will need warehouse and office space of almost 7,000 sq m in addition to another 5,000 sq m for offices and other purposes.
