Mar 17, 2011 (newstodate): Despite the current volatile situation in Libya, the Turkish construction and airport management company TAV is preparing to return to its projects at Tripoli Airport.
The Libyan authorities have asked for TAV to resume work on the Tripoli Airport Terminal Building Construction Project won by TAV and a consortium in a tender in 2007.
The project comprises the construction of two terminal buildings, complete with infrastructure including 160 check-in counters, baggage sorters and passenger boarding bridges.
