Mar 29, 2011 (newstodate): In the coming summer, Denmark's Copenhagen Airport will get direct nonstop flights to and from Pristina Airport, in Kosovo.
Behind the new route is the Slovenian carrier Adria Airways, opening up with a weekly service from Pristina to Copenhagen as well as Paris, while also adding two weekly flights from Pristina to Brussels, in Belgium.
Star Alliance-member Adria Airways is also operating five weekly flights from Ljubljana in Slovenia to Copenhagen as well as two weekly flights to Stockholm.
Over-all, Adria Airways will be offering 226 flights a week from Ljubljana to 28 destinations during the summer season.
