Mar 31, 2011 (newstodate:) The Hungarian LCC WIZZ Air has opened its 13th base at Belgrade, Serbia.
WIZZ Air is basing one Airbus A320 aircraft at Belgrade to operate flights to Dortmund, London, Rome, Malmoe and Charleroi.
From April 1, 2011, the carrier will add new flights from Belgrade to Stockholm Skavsta, followed by the opening of flights on new routes to Memmingen from March 2, and to Gothenburg and Eindhoven from March 3, 2011.
By this schedule, WIZZ Air will become the 2nd largest operator at Belgrade, after JAT.
