Mar 04, 2011 (newstodate): The Hungarian low-cost operator Wizz Air is again boosting its grip on the Romanian market.
The carrier has announced its decision to set up its fourth base in Romania at Tirgu Mures Airport.
Wizz Air will initially deploy one Airbus A320 aircraft and will add seven new routes to the already existing Budapest and London services, offering flights to Barcelona, Rome, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Dortmund, and Bologna.
Wizz Air is already operating flights from Bucharest since June 2007, from Cluj from May 2008, and from Timisoara since March 2009.
