Mar 01, 2011 (newstodate): The Danish charter carrier and ACMI provider, Jet Time is preparing for a busy summer season with a total of nine aircraft in the fleet.
Adding to its current fleet comprising six Boeing 737-300 aircraft, the carrier on February 28, 2011, took delivery of its first Boeing 737-700 aircraft, to be followed by a second Boeing 737-700 aircraft in April, both on a five-year lease contract.
-It is already certain that we will need a ninth aircraft during the peak season, and plans are to operate a seventh Boeing 737-300 aircraft on a short-term lease contract during the period, says Steen Elmer Jensen, Jet Time Sales Manager, Special Charters ACMI & Cargo.
