Feb 03, 2011 (newstodate): The Danish Novia ground handling services provider has taken over Copenhagen Component Services at Copenhagen Airport.
The acquisition was actually completed with little fanfare in 2010 already, but plans are to integrate the company more closely within the Group.
Copenhagen Component Services has been active at Copenhagen Airport for more than 20 years, providing maintenance and repair works on a broad range of components including wheels, brakes, oxygen bottles, leading edges, batteries, water boilers, ovens, brush blocks and many others.
Customers to the company include many airlines as well as other service providers where Copenhagen Component Services acts as sub-supplier.
