Dec 05, 2011 (newstodate): After having its debut on domestic routes in Russia on June 16, 2011, Aeroflot's Superjet 100 aircraft has now made its first entrance on the carrier's international route network.
This event took place on December 4, 2011, when the Superjet 100 performed the first rotation on the route between Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and Oslo Gardermoen Airport.
The next international Aeroflot destination to be served with the Superjet 100 will be Budapest, starting before the end of this year.
Aeroflot that has placed firm orders for 30 aircraft is now operating three Superjet 100 aircraft, with two more poised for delivery before the end of this year.
