Dec 20, 2011 (newstodate): Not long after its launch of services, Flybe Nordic has scaled down operations on some of its routes from Helsinki, Finland.
Among the routes operated by Flybe Nordic from Helsinki are flights since October 30, 2011, to Trondheim, Norway, and Umeaa, Sweden, that are both to be suspended during January 8 to March 25, 2012.
Both routes were scheduled to be served with four weekly rotations during the winter season.
So far, no reasons for the suspensions have been announced, leaving the market to speculate if they are due to low demand or inadequate aircraft capacity.
