Jan 15, 2011 (newstodate): The Central Connect Airlines, based in Ostrava, Czech Republic, is seeing good results from its services to Russia.
The carrier launched services from March 4, 2011, to Moscow, adding flights to St Petersburg from March 21, to Yekaterinburg from March 24, and to Rostov-on-Don from October 20, 2011.
With high load factors on its first Russian routes, Central Connect Airlines is already mulling plans for more new flights into Russia, including the opening of a new route between Brno and Samara, and another new route between Pardubice and St Petersburg.
Earlier named Czech Connect Airlines, Central Connect Airlines is part of the Central Connect Group that includes Job Air providing SAAB 340 aircraft maintenance and cargo conversions, and Let´s Fly, a Slovak aviation school.
