Nov 02, 2011 (newstodate): Sweden's LFV Aviation Consulting, a subsidiary of LFV, has been contracted to provide consultancy on the development of the aviation sector in Ukraine.
The project, running for 21 months and launched on October 1, 2011, comprises a review and development of three areas of the country's aviation industry - airports, air navigation services and economy.
The goal of the project is to enable aviation activities to be carried out in accordance with ICAO standards and recommended practices and Eurocontrol requirements, and to harmonize national regulations and working practices with EU standards.
The project in Ukraine is carried out in partnership between LFV and the Spanish Ministry of Transport.
