Nov 10, 2011 (newstodate): Sweden's Cargo Center at Stockholm Arlanda Airport has landed a new contract with a Turkish carrier.
Under the contract, Cargo Center is providing Turkish Cargo with cargo handling and trucking services for the new twice-weekly Airbus A310 freighter service from Stockholm to Istanbul, launched on November 2, 2011.
Servicing the freighter at Stockholm Arlanda is the Latvian handling provider North Hub Services that is already handling Turkish Airlines at the airport.
THY Cargo is routing the Airbus A310F freighter from Moscow via Stockholm Arlanda to Istanbul on the return leg of the operation between Istanbul and Moscow.
