Nov 04, 2011 (newstodate): Sweden's Entry Point North has won a tender to provide ATC staff training for Kosovo's Prishtina International Airport.
Under the program running for three years, Entry Point North will start in November 2011 with evaluation and selection of 10 Kosovo students to start the Basic ATC training course early in 2012.
Successful candidates will participate in a 36 week initial training program, also receiving Aviation English language and basic Radar and Tower skills training.
The training at Entry Point North's academy in Malmoe will start with a Basic ATC course followed by APS, ADI and APP rating courses.
