Nov 23, 2011 (newstodate): Lithuania's Kaunas Airport is poised to become the site of a new Ryanair maintenance center.
Financed by Ryanair and supported by EU's structural funds, the new facility will include a 3,500 sq m hangar staffed with some 60 employees that will start maintenance work of the first Ryanair aircraft by late 2012 already, according to plans.
