Nov 02, 2011 (newstodate): Raytheon Company has partnered with the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Estonia to pilot a traveler management system that will facilitate more efficient processing of airline passengers.
Raytheon's Porterasolution will allow Estonia to become one of the first nations in Europe to pilot an automated risk assessment system that processes both Advance Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record data against a set of pre-determined risk criteria.
Raytheon is providing technical support to the Republic of Estonia throughout the pilot to perform watch list checks for rapid risk assessment of passengers entering Estonia via flights from outside the Schengen region.
