Nov 04, 2011 (newstodate): DHL Aviation has named a new cargo GSA to provide sales in the Swedish market.
New GSA is HWF Sweden, replacing the carrier's earlier contract with Kales.
Since September 19, 2011, DHL Express operates five weekly Boeing 737-330F flights from Brussels to Copenhagen into Orebro and returning from Orebro to Brussels via Copenhagen, making Orebro its fourth Swedish gateway.
In addition to the daily A300F operation at Stockholm Arlanda connecting to Leipzig, DHL Express also operates a daily flight between Leipzig and Gothenburg Landvetter, while the company's base in Southern Sweden, at Limhamn, is served with trucking connections to and from DHL's base at Copenhagen Airport.
Established in 2006, HWF also serves as GSSA for Air Canada in Denmark and Sweden, Etihad Crystal Cargo in Scandinavia, Saudi Arabian Airlines in all Nordic countries, and a range of other carriers.
