The action has been taken in response to a request from EASA over doubts over the carrier's financial ability to maintain its fleet of aircraft that comprises three BAe 146 aircraft.
The claim is contested by the owner of the carrier, the Turkish Azerbaijan-based Evesen Group that now has two weeks to demonstrate its capacility.
