Oct 26, 2011 (newstodate): Riga Airport is again seeing its important airline customer Ryanair increasing its route offerings.
Effective from March 27, 2012, Ryanair will add flights between Riga Airport and its new base at Karlsruhe Baden-Baden, in Germany - the carrier's 47th base.
The carrier will operate three weekly rotations on the route that is the third route announcement in 2011, after the start of flights from Riga to Rome in May 2011, and to Leeds-Bradford from the start of November 2011.
Ryanair already operates from Riga to Bremen, Bristol, Brussels, Dublin, Dusseldorf, East Midlands, Frankfurt, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Milan, Oslo, Stockholm, and Tampere.
