Oct 06, 2011 (newstodate): The pattern of Swedish domestic flights is bound to change again with Ryanair driving the process.
The carrier has announced its intentions to enter the Swedish domestic flights market in 2012, starting out with opening domestic flights at one or two airports in Middle or Northern Sweden.
Eventually, Ryanair intends to be operating domestic flights at up to seven Swedish airports in these regions that are considered under-served with flight connections.
Competitors will include SAS and not least Norwegian, but the new carrier Flybe Nordic has also declared its intentions to launch business in Sweden by 2012/2013.
