Jan 25, 2011 (newstodate): Ukraine's Kiev Borispol Airport saw its cargo volumes recovering in 2010 after the drop in 2009.
A total of 27,170 tonnes of cargo was handled at the airport, an increase by 20 percent, y-o-y.
Mail volumes also grew by seven percent, y-o-y, to a total of 4,750 tonnes in 2010.
The 2010-volumes were, however, still below the earlier peak in 2008 when a total of 36,100 tonnes was handled at the airport.
