Jan 19, 2011 (newstodate): Latvian airline airBaltic has concluded a cooperation agreement with Turkish Airlines to offer passengers onward connections to destinations in Turkey, the Middle East and Africa.
The new agreement comprises onward flights from Istanbul to 11 domestic destinations in Turkey as well as 20 destinations in the Middle East and Africa.
Among the latter are flights to Tehran that was also on airBaltic's schedule for new destinations from June 10, 2010, but removed again before the first flight with no further comments from airBaltic.
