Sep 10, 2010 (newstodate): Effective from October 1, 2010, the Swedish training institute Scandinavian Aviation Academy AB will have new owners.
Selling 51 percent of its shares in the aviation training institute is the Swedish Volito Group, and new majority owner is SAA Holding AB, in its turn owned by Olof Barve, Michael Sjoo and Thomas Wallen, who will be new CEO of Scandinavian Aviation Academy.
Since 1963, Scandinavian Aviation Academy as one of Europe's largest flight training organizations has delivered professional flight training to individuals and airlines.
