Sep 29, 2010 (newstodate): The Serb state-owned carrier JAT has secured funds for new aircraft acquisitions.
According to industry sources, JAT has obtained a 51.5 mio euro loan to fund engine maintenance and acquisition of two new Boeing 737-700 aircraft to be added to its current fleet comprising 14 aircraft, including 10 Boeing 737-300 and four ATR-72 aircraft.
The two aircraft have earlier been ordered, and will be delivered by October 2010.
