Sep 07, 2010 (newstodate): Another relief flight will take off for Pakistan from Sweden's prime relief cargo airport, Orebro, on Thursday, September 8.
A Boeing 747-200F from the UAE carrier Midex Airlines will fly in on Thursday before noon to load 62 tonnes of shipments comprising equipment for a base camp sponsored by the Swedish and Danish relief agencies.
The comprehensive base camp will provide work and living facilities including power and water supply, IT and other pertinent services at Sukkur, Pakistan, for some 70 relief workers from various countries.
After completed loading, the aircraft will depart for Karachi via Dubai later on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Behind the operation is the UK-based forwarding and logistics provider, Air Charter Service.
The new operation is so far the fourth Pakistani relief flights from Orebro Airport.
