Sep 15, 2010 (newstodate): Rising demand in the Baltic markets for flights to Amsterdam is now resulting in more flights by Estonian Air from Estonia and Lithuania that has so far served the markets with a route from Tallinn via Vilnius to Amsterdam.
Effective from October 31, 2010, the carrier will re-open direct non-stop flights from Estonia's Tallinn Airport to Amsterdam, offering six weekly rotations.
At the same time Estonian Air is keeping its six weekly flights from Vilnius, Lithuania, to Amsterdam, basing one Boeing 737 at the airport to serve this route as well the route from Vilnius to Stockholm that will be opened from this winter's schedule.
Flights on the routes to Amsterdam will be code-shared with KLM.
