Aug 31, 2010 (newstodate): After a period marked by acute shortage of aircraft, the Serb carrier JAT Airways is now looking forward to period when all aircraft in service.
Almost half of the fleet was grounded for a sustained period for various maintenance reasons, but from November the carrier will have all 14 aircraft in the fleet in active service again, sources say.
In the fleet are nine Boeing 737-300 and five ATR-72 aircraft, and two Boeing 737-700 aircraft will reportedly be leased from the end of this year.
