Aug 18, 2010 (newstodate): Before the end of September 2010, the Perm regional government will announce the winner of the tender for producing the master-plan for Perm Bolshoye Savino Airport.
In June, four participants were short-listed to take part in the eventual tender, namely АECOM, Fraport AG, Hochtief and Changi Airports International.
In the existing plans for development of Perm Bolshoye Savino Airport is an expansion of the current passenger terminal's handling capacity from 200 to 600 passengers per hour, as well as construction of a new cargo terminal.
The joint military-civil airport has one 3,200 m runway, and is served by airlines including Aeroflot, UTAir and Lufthansa.
