Aug 26, 2010 (newstodate): For the second time this year, the Polish cargo airline based in Lublin, Exin has been experiencing an incident in Tallinn, Estonia.
On August 25, 2010, an AN-26 freighter rejected takeoff from Tallinn's Airport when the landing gear collapsed or retracted during the take-off roll.
The aircraft performed a belly landing, while the three man crew was able to leave the aircraft unharmed.
The aircraft is now blocking the runway, causing disturbances to the normal air traffic.
Another similar freighter from the same airline ended up on the frozen Lake Ulemiste, near the airport, after a landing gear warning followed by an in-flight engine shut-down.
In both cases, Exin was operating flights on behalf of DHL.
