Aug 16, 2010 (newstodate): The Danish aircraft leasing company Nordic Aviation Capital has sold one Fokker 50 aircraft to a Mongolian operator.
The Fokker 50 aircraft sold to Aero Mongolia was previously operated by Air Central of Japan.
Aero Mongolia, based at Chinggis Khaan International Airport, Ulan Bator, operates domestic services to four destinations and international scheduled services to Hohhot.
With the latest addition, the carrier now operates three Fokker 50 aircraft.
Nordic Aviation Capitals current fleet of over 130 aircraft includes, ATR 42, ATR 72, Bombardier Dash 8, Boeing 737, MD 83, CRJ 200, Fokker 50 and Saab 2000 aircraft.
