Aug 24, 2010 (newstodate): The provider of cargo handling services at Copenhagen, World Flight Services needs more space, and has launched work on an expansion by 3,000 sq m of its current terminal.
The existing facility that launched operations from May 2, 2006, comprises 4,600 sq m cargo terminal including 285 sq m refrigerated/cool facilities for perishables handling, and some 1,600 sq m office space and was designed to handle up to 60,000 tonnes of cargo annually.
The new handling space is scheduled for start of operations from February 1, 2011.
