Aug 03, 2010 (newstodate): The issue of a new international hub for Air India's flights between India and USA is on the agenda.
The airline confirms to have received "more than a dozen" proposals from various airports, some of which have even offered to provide dedicated Air India terminals.
Among these airports is also, sources say, Dubai.
Air India will retreat from its current hub since March 29, 2009, at Frankfurt Airport from the start of the coming winter's schedule, October 29, 2010, so a decision is imminent.
Among the airports known to under consideration are Denmark's Copenhagen Airport and Ireland's Dublin Airport.
