Jun 21, 2010 (newstodate): Back to business, but reduced in size is the Swedish freighter operator, Nordflyg Air Logistics.
Nord-Flyg filed for bankruptcy in in April 2010 after failing to make sound business with its Bombardier Q400 freighter - the world's first and converted from its ex-SAS service.
Nordflyg Air Logistics now employs 12 people, managed as before by Ulf Darenius as managing director and based at Eskilstuna with operational base at Stockholm Skavsta Airport.
-We are now operating a modest fleet comprising two Cessna 208B Caravan aircraft, serving customers with newspaper and mail operations, says Ulf Darenius.
-This is a modest start, and we are now consolidating the operations before taking steps for future expansion, says Mr Darenius.
