Jun 04, 2010 (newstodate): airBaltic has intensified its services to the Irish market.
During this summer, the carrier has upped its frequency from four to nine weekly rotations, with five weekly flights between Riga and Dublin, and four weekly flights between Vilnius and Dublin.
-airBaltic's operation is ideal for the pharma-dominated Irish market. We have frequent services, and good onward connections to a large number of key European destinations, with Riga, Kiev and Helsinki as the cities most in demand, says Ian McCool, managing director of the carrier's Irish cargo GSSA, IAM.
airBaltic that operates the flights to Ireland with Boeing 737 aircraft recently landed a contract with the Irish Post Office for shipments from Ireland to Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius.
