Jun 07, 2010 (newstodate): The fleet of large Airbus A380 aircraft keeps growing - having now reached 30 units in commercial service with Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airline, Qantas, Air France and Lufthansa.
The latest delivery was to Emirates, the single largest customer for the A380 with 58 aircraft ordered.
On June 4, Emirates took delivery of its tenth Airbus A380, the third to be delivered to the carrier in 2010.
So far into 2010 Airbus has also delivered two to Air France, one to Lufthansa and one to Qantas, and plans to hand over a total of 20 A380 aircraft this year.
Airbus has now booked 202 firm orders for the A380 from 17 customers.
