May 11, 2010 (newstodate): Effective from May 27, 2010, Tajik Air, plans to launch flights on a new route between Tajikitan and Ukraine.
The carrier will operate flights between Dushanbe and Kiev with Boeing 737 aircraft, initially offering one weekly rotation.
Other new routes announced by Tajik Air are weekly services to Irkutsk, Russia, from May 28, 2010, and to Sochi, Russia, from May 31.
Tajik Air operates a fleet comprising two Boeing 737-200, two Boeing 737-500, two Boeing 757-200 and one Boeing 737-800, all on lease contracts.
