May 14, 2010 (newstodate): Poland and Armenia will move closer than ever from this summer with the launch of two new flight connections.
Effective from July 10, 2010, the Polish carrier LOT will start flights on the route between Warsaw and Yerevan, offering two weekly all-year rotations with Embraer 175 aircraft.
Only two weeks later, from July 24, the Armenian carrier Armavia will follow, also with two weekly rotations, using Airbus A319 aircraft on the route.
The two carriers have, however, selected different weekdays for their flights.
