May 28, 2010 (newstodate): Qatar Airways is upbeat about potentials in the Danish market after the launch of services from March 30 this year.
The carrier is currently offering four weekly flights between Doha and Copenhagen Airport, but the strong response in the market will facilitate expansion of the frequency to daily flights with Airbus A330 aircraft replacing the Airbus A319 currenly used.
Qatar Airways is serving Stockholm, in Sweden, since November 27, 2007, and plans are now also on the table for introducing flights from Doha to Oslo, in Norway.
