May 12, 2010 (newstodate): HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH has won the tender for the modernisation of Russia's Omsk Fedorovka Airport.
The Omsk Fedorovka Airport will replace the existing Omsk Tsentralny Airport now serving the region and is poised to play a crucial role in the planned set-up of a multi-modal transport complex around Omsk.
The project has been delayed for a long period of time, leaving the airport only 60 percent finished.
HOCHTIEF won the tender together with partners Open Company Cushman and Wakefield and Russia's Rufaudit Omsk.
