May 05, 2010 (newstodate): The German company Hochtief Construction continues its successful advances in Eastern Europe.
The latest contract landed by the company in the region is for construction of a new 43,000 sq m passenger terminal at Vladivostok International Airport, to be completed by the end of 2011.
The order was won through a tender process where other participants were Siemens and the Japanese company Sumitomo.
The new terminal is an element in the 20-year master plan for Vladivostok International Airport, worked out by the Dutch company Netherlands Airport Consultants B.V, NACO.
