May 05, 2010 (newstodate): Absent from the Danish market since 2004, the Egyptian carrier Egypt Air has now confirmed its plans for a return to Copenhagen in 2010.
Effective from October 1, 2010, Egypt Air will launch three weekly rotations between Cairo and Copenhagen, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route.
Earlier, plans in 2009 called for a routing from Cairo to Oslo, Norway, via Copenhagen, and a return flight directly from Oslo to Cairo.
