Apr 29, 2010 (newstodate): The first purpose-built business aviation hangar in the Baltic States and Scandinavia has been opened at Latvia's Riga International Airport.
Behind the new company named FBO Riga are Baltic Business Aviation Center, FCG, and Triangel Ltd.
In its first stage the company operates on 3,700 sq m including a 2,500 sq m newly-built heated hangar that can accommodate business aircraft up to the size of Boeing's and Airbus' business jet aircraft.
In July or August, 2010, the company will add a new terminal 1,200 sq m for business aircraft passengers and crews.
