Mar 08, 2010 (newstodate): Israel and Ukraine have agreed on a new protocol to their air services agreement allowing for more freighter flights.
Under the new protocol, Israel may add a new air cargo carrier on flights between the two countries, and flights may be performed without requiring coordination of commercial activities between the parties.
Each side will be permitted to operate 21 weekly scheduled flights between the two countries, bringing the total volumes of flights to 42.
Besides, the protocol has added Vinnytsia in Ukraine as a new destination.
