Mar 16, 2010 (newstodate): Russia's Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport is seeing brisk recovery in cargo volumes in 2010, according to the latest statistics.
In February 2010 the airport handled a total of 1,298 tonnes of cargo and mail, which was an increase by 33.4 percent, y-o-y.
Of the total volume, domestic cargo accounted for 873 tonnes, up 31.4 percent, CIS-cargo was down 25.6 percent to 22 tonnes, while international cargo handled at the airport grew by 44.1 percent to a total of 404 tonnes.
