Mar 19, 2010 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier is steadfast in its determination to increase its stake in neighboring country Estonia's air transportation.
Effective from June 1, 2010, airBaltic is introducing a direct air link between Estonia's Tallinn Airport and Stockholm, Sweden, initially offering five weekly flight rotations.
Earlier this month, airBaltic announced the opening of two routes from Tallinn to destinations in Finland and has also reportedly decided to set up Tallinn as a new hub for the carrier, planning to open at least eight new routes at Tallinn Airport, including five routes connecting to destinations in Finland.
