Feb 26, 2010 (newstodate): Singapore Airlines Cargo is currently operating all-freighter charters from Nordic and Baltic airports.
A Boeing 747-400ERF flight was operated into Latvia's Riga Airport today, and on March 8, 2019, will see the first charter operation by Singapore Airlines Cargo from Stockholm Arlanda, destined for Bangalore, India.
The carrier has been operating flights from Scandinavia on almost a monthly basis for the past year, mostly as "drop-in" operations by scheduled cargo flights en-route to destinations including Bahrain, Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
Singapore Airlines Cargo has otherwise maintained its freighter hub at Copenhagen Airport, serving the Nordic and Baltic markets with nonstop flights to and from Singapore and, from March 6, 2010, reinstating the freighter services, shared with Brussels from where the flight originates, from Copenhagen to Chicago and Dallas Fort Worth after a winter break.
