Feb 11, 2010 (newstodate): A group of countries, headed by Azerbaijan, is to move forward towards greater cooperation in civil aviation.
Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova and Azerbaijan are currently negotiating the formation of a joint civil aviation regional group, while Armenia is reportedly to be left out due to Azerbaijan's annoyance with the country's alleged efforts to preclude its admission to ICAO membership.
