Feb 04, 2010 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic will upgrade its service from Denmark's Billund Airport to Riga from this summer's schedule.
Currently offering three wekly flights with Fokker 50 aircraft from Billund, airBaltic will increase frequency to four weekly flights and introduce Boeing 737-500 aircraft on the route.
Another new feature is the change from late afternoon departure times only to two morning flights and two afternoon flights, offering enhanced transfer times to onward flights on the carrier's route network.
